Pastor Dave loves God and His Word, his family, and a great cup of coffee. He and his wife, Jill, have two daughters - Gretchen and Kirsten. They also have two cats - to Dave's dismay. His interests include: travel, reading, swimming, long walks with Jill, and fussing with his lawn.

Pastor Gloria Ward |Congregational Care Pastor / Counselor

Pastor Gloria loves to help people find hope and healing through Jesus.  She has been on staff at FCWC since 2000.  She and her husband, Eugene, have three grown children, Eric, Lanita, and Layshaa, and grandchildren. Singing, article writing, and having fun with people bring her joy. She has a passion to assist those in need of pastoral care, counseling, or specific needs.

Pastor Keith Vincent |Discipleship Pastor

Pastor Keith oversees First Impressions Ministries as well as Community Life events.  Prior to coming to FCWC in 1994, Keith pastored in Friends Churches for 20 years.  He has been involved in teaching ministries for 12 years at FCWC.  He and his wife Debbie have two sons, Dawson and Micah.  A good ball game, gardening project, or livestock show put bounce in his step!
